Pet Policy – Well-Behaved Dogs Welcome!
We know that for many of our visitors, dogs are part of the family — and we’re happy to say they’re very welcome here at Alton Garden Centre.
We just ask that a few simple guidelines are followed to keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone:
🐾 Pet Policy Guidelines:
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome throughout the garden centre
Please keep dogs on a short lead at all times
We kindly ask that dogs do not sit on furniture or enter food preparation areas
All Seasons Restaurant has a designated dog-friendly seating area — ask a member of the team and we’ll be happy to direct you
Please clean up after your dog — waste bins are available near the outdoor areas
If your dog is anxious around other animals or people, please be mindful of busy times and enclosed spaces

If you need a water bowl or a quiet spot to sit with your pup, just let us know. Our staff are always happy to help.
