The Story Behind Our Restaurant
The story of our restaurant is a special part of Alton Garden Centre’s journey. What started as a small wooden cabin serving hot drinks, cakes, and sandwiches quickly became a favourite spot for our visitors. As the garden centre grew, so did the café — eventually expanding into the main store to welcome even more friendly faces.
In 2022, a fire sadly caused significant damage to the restaurant’s seating area and kitchen. But rather than let it hold us back, the Bunker family and the whole Alton team saw it as a chance to build something even better.
We’re proud to say that the brand new All Seasons Restaurant opened its doors on 1st November 2023. With a fresh new look, a delicious new menu, and the same warm, welcoming service, it’s a true reflection of our values — resilience, family spirit, and a love of good food.
